RINGWAY HOUSE, ATTRACTS NEW TENANT

Magellan World Limited has taken new offices at Ringway House, Bell Road, Basingstoke. The suite totalled approximately 2,500 sq ft and was let at a rent of £19,900 per annum exclusive.  The tenant took a new 5 year lease subject to a break.
